Meet our Tutors

The 25th Hour tutoring prides itself on a special blend of professional and caring ways. Our love for teaching is evident in our work with every student. From Advanced Placement to Homeschool and everything educational in between, we have excellent tutors ready to assist your busy family.

Tutor/owner Melissa Weber

Melissa Weber

I am Mrs. Weber, a classic teacher with a small business that assists students, parents, teachers, and our community! With my BS in English, I tutor everything English related: writing, grammar, reading, SAT/ACT/GKT/PERT, history and humanities comprehension & composition, and maybe even a little French!  A recent compliment that warms my heart is, “We finally found the perfect person to help us!”

Dr. Perry

“I think Dr. Perry could tutor everything!” … but he most enjoys calculus, precalculus, and trigonometry.  His family is from Stuart, so after attending FAU and USF, he is back home professing at IRSC where he heads up the Math Club and is involved with New Student Orientation. He has the rare ability to make complicated concepts easy to understand and loves watching his students process math in their own, unique ways. He’s also a lot of fun; he and his wife enjoy surfing, anime, guitar, fishing, and kung fu. Don’t miss this opportunity to learn with Dr. Perry!

Tutor Melody Foreman

Ms. Melody

Ms. Melody has taught homeschool for 13 years, most recently with Salt Hybrid Academy. She also owns a local business and tutors at Indian River State College. With her blend of writing and business acumen along with an English degree from Indiana University, she is uniquely qualified to tutor all elementary and middle school subjects, college prep English and reading, business communications, and Marketing 101. A student’s quote: “I was getting a lot of good encouragement, a lot of support and resources from great people like yourself and Ms. Foreman.”

Mr. Neuner

Mr. Neuner is known and loved at Jensen Beach High School and Christ Fellowship Church. With his pre-med Bachelor’s degree, he is offering chemistry tutoring this year.  A parent’s quote: “We are so thankful to have worked with him this year. He’s really an incredible tutor because he tries to understand how someone learns. …(We are) super excited to work with your company (again) this summer!”

Tutor Ashlynn

Ashlynn

Ashlynn is majoring in neuroscience at FAU. She has been a very valuable tutor at Indian River State College for two years because she can teach sciences and maths.  She is currently available to tutor high school and college level algebra, biology, anatomy & physiology, and chemistry.  A parent’s quote: “It was a pleasure having you and Ashlynn tutor my grandson this summer, and (I) want to thank you. God bless!”

Josh

Josh excels at all things STEM, which must be why he is in the Honors Engineering School at UF!  He and I first met a few years ago while he was an AP and Dual Enrollment high school student, and he was already responsible enough to correspond about private tutoring. Your AP or Dual Enrollment student will appreciate working online with Josh for higher level maths and sciences, especially calculus and physics.

Tutor Estrella Martel

Ms. Martel

Ms. Martel is bilingual, was a certified teacher in St. Lucie County for 20 years, worked for Martin County Correctional, and now volunteers teaching catechism at St. Marks Church once a week.  She loves working with elementary, middle, and high school students. With her Master’s in reading education, she is looking forward to assisting with a wide variety of Spanish, Exceptional Student Education, and reading needs.

Campbell

Campbell has 3 Bachelor’s degrees (zoology, plant biology, and biology), so basically he can tutor anything. As he works towards his Master’s and Aquatic Veterinary degrees, he is eager to help other students succeed. Being so learned, you would think he prefers working with grad students, but not so. He enjoys working with all ages and is available for middle school through college level science, math, reading (or animal!) help.
